Dune Bash is made by SandX Games and licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Where they differ, these terms apply to the game.
Virtual items
Coins, gems, cars, upgrades, styles and other in-game items have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and are a licence to use them in the game, not property you own. Gems bought with real money are consumed when you spend them. Items may be rebalanced in updates to keep the game fair and fun.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple and follow Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple. One-time purchases (Remove Ads, the starter pack and the Desert Falcon) can be restored on your devices with Restore Purchases. Progress itself is stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes it.
Fair play
Don't cheat, modify the app, or use it to break the law. Leaderboard entries made by cheating may be removed.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the game or any of its features. These terms may change; the current version is always on this page.
